STARBOARD THERAPY AND COACHING
Meet Dr. Meagan Dwyer
I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with patients and families facing one of life's most challenging and complex situations - a cancer diagnosis. All areas of life are impacted by cancer - its symptoms, treatments and side effects, as well as mental and emotional well-being. I founded Starboard Therapy and Coaching because I truly care about my patients’ overall quality of life and am committed to providing top of the line therapy and psychological services to aid them in navigating their ship through stormy waters. I also provide therapy support to those grieving loss around cancer and other chronic or life-limiting illness and help in reconnecting to meaning in the midst of loss. As a researcher and trainer, I have experience working with healthcare and work stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and compassion satisfaction in an array of professionals. I offer individual, group, and practice-level coaching services for physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, or other professionals. Well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help clients through all their obstacles. Get in touch with me today for more information.
